If you received an email from StubHub International saying your account information was updated but you didn’t make the change, follow these steps right away to protect your account:


1. Change your password immediately

  1. Go to your profile and select Account Info.

  2. Click on Change Password.


Password requirements:

  • Must not be your email address.

  • Must be between 8 and 20 characters long.

  • Use a mix of numbers, uppercase and lowercase letters, and/or special characters (like !, @, #, $).


Avoid using:

  • Your name or date of birth.

  • Common words like "password" or "123456".

  • Passwords you've used on other websites. 

  • Your registered email address. 


2. Review your recent activity

Check your account for any purchases, listings, or ticket changes you don't recognize: 

  • Go to the My tickets, Orders, and Sales sections to make sure everything looks correct. 


3. Contact us if something looks suspicious

If you see any unauthorized activity or are unable to access your account: 

  • Reach out to us immediately so we can investigate and help secure your account.
