Sellers will list their tickets the same way they get them from the primary ticket company. For that reason, some events may have only one delivery method. On the event page, if there are different ticket types, you'll be able to search for the most convenient for you.

  • Electronic: PDF files that you'll download and print before the event. We don't recommend you to show them on your phone
  • Instant download: PDF files that you'll download and print before the event. They'll be delivered to you only a few minutes after your order. We don't recommend you to show them on your phone
  • Mobile transfer: they are transferred to you and viewed on a mobile phone. You'll need an iPhone or Android phone to scan your tickets at the gate. They cannot be printed
  • Paper tickets: they are delivered through a shipping company. The most common are Royal Mail, UPS and Fedex, although in some countries only local companies will be used. Royal Mail and UPS can't deliver to PO boxes.
