In StubHub International, you can enjoy the promo codes, vouchers, gift code, etc... It will be hosted in the 'Wallet' section of your profile (if you have one), where you will be able to: 

Checking the balance

If you added the gift card to your StubHub International account, you'll see the available balance under 'Profile' > 'StubHub Wallet'.

 

If you didn't, the full amount remains on the card.

 

Checking the expiration

Most credits StubHub issues are valid for an entire year. You can check the expiration date by login into your 'Profile', 'StubHub Wallet' and then, see the detail next to "Good until {date}" sentence.

Adding a new code

StubHub International gift codes are case-sensitive, which means you need to enter them exactly as they appear (including dashes). You can add the code in your account or during the purchase process. 

 

Adding on the profile

If you have received a promotional code and want to add it to your profile to use later, you can do so... 

  1. Go to 'StubHub Wallet' tab
  2. Enter the gift code in the 'Add a code' field
  3. Click on 'Add' to save it
 

Adding on the Checkout

If you are making a purchase and want to add a discount code, you can do so... 

  1. In the 'Review And Buy' window, in the ORDER TOTAL section
  2. Click on 'Manage discounts', you will be able to:
    • Select one that is already linked to your account or
    • 'ADD A DISCOUNT CODE' to paste or write a new one that we have sent you 
  3. Finally, tap on 'Apply' to update the amount of your purchase
