  • Make sure your shipping address is correct. Remember that someone must be available at the said address to sign for the delivery of the tickets. Otherwise the envelope might be returned to sender and the delivery may take longer.
  • Make sure you have chosen the correct date of the event you wish to attend. The purchases are final and we can't make any changes regarding seats, events or dates.
  • Make sure that the tickets you receive are the correct ones (number of tickets, event, location, etc.).
